Company Overview: Saara Inc is a dynamic and innovative IT company dedicated to deliver high quality Ecommerce solutions. We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Junior Backend Developer with a minimum of 1 year of experience, particularly in Django, to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
1. Backend Development:
- Collaborate with the development team to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend solutions using Python/Django.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and back-end systems.
2. Database Management:
- Design, implement, and manage databases using Django ORM or other relevant technologies.
- Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity for Postgres, Mysql etc
3. Code Review and Collaboration:
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
- Work closely with front-end developers, UX/UI designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions.
4. Troubleshooting and Debugging:
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and other issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure the delivery of bug-free software.
5. Documentation:
- Document code, system architecture, and technical processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Requirements:
1. Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Django and Python.
3. Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
5. Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex systems.
6. Adaptability:
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
