Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to develop and execute innovative online marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Optimize online marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing trends, audience behavior, and competition.

2. SEO & SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and implement best SEO practices.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.

3. Social Media & Content Marketing:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content, including blogs, infographics, and videos.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to ensure brand consistency.

4. Email & CRM Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer retention.
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging for better engagement.
  • Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns.

5. Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to measure campaign performance.
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Report on ROI, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness.

6. Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Guide junior digital marketers and provide training where necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.).
  • Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads and HubSpot certifications.
  • Experience with automation tools (Marketo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign,hubspot).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
