Key Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment : Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
2.Onboarding Support: Help in preparing onboarding materials for new hires and assist in organizing orientation sessions.
3.Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring they are accurate and compliant with company policies.
4.HR Documentation: Support in drafting and maintaining HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and employee handbooks.
5.HR Operations: updating employee attendance records.
6.Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities, and events.
7.HR Reporting: Assist in generating reports related to employee data, recruitment metrics, and other HR-related data.
8.Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including handling employee queries and managing HR-related correspondence.
Requirements:
-Educational Qualification: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Skills:
-Basic understanding of HR functions and operations.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Familiarity with HR software or HRIS is a plus.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
